I have had the flu for a few days and have been feeling just plain lousy.

Luckily, on Monday I made a huge meatloaf with some meat that needed to be cooked.

So each night I present Dad with a big slice of meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas.

He comments each night that he can't remember the last time he had such a wonderful meal.
