I know you may think that it is May 27th, but not in our house. We are going to a Memorial Day event tomorrow, and my Dad INSISTS that Memorial Day is May 30th.

Even the Internet is “wrong”. He should know he was a veteran.

I found it easier to put the fake date on his pill sheet and the “day and date” chalkboard, and to tell him that Lola (puppy) chewed the date off the corner of the newspaper.

Voila! It’s May 29th.
